DEPOSIT POLICY
For a single night stay, we require full payment including taxes at time of booking. For multiple night stays, we require the cost of a one night stay plus taxes as deposit to reserve the room. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require one week notice from day of arrival for refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days from arrival date will result in loss of deposit. Day of arrival cancellations, "no shows" or early departures will be liable for the total amount for reserved days. We will not be held responsible for unused nights due to illness, cancelled airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather and other travel related mishaps or for changes in plans which shorten your stay.

NO PET POLICY
We love pets, but unfortunately cannot welcome yours at this time -- a $200 penalty will be charged for non-compliance. We do accept certified service dogs in accordance with ADA guidelines (https://bit.ly/3n19coJ) -- your service dog must be declared at the time of booking if joining you. 

NO SMOKING / NO USE OF CANDLES
Inside the Inn is 100% smoke and candle free. A $200 penalty will be charged for non-compliance.

KIDS
The Griff is best suited for adults, as our rooms are small and can't accommodate an extra cot. Booking either Room #2 and Room #6 are your best bets if you plan to bring a child.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
-- You are welcome to check-in between 3:00-8:00pm. Check-out is before 11:00am. 
-- Guests must be 21+ and a valid ID must be presented upon check-in.
